Treasurer: Dennis Chang

Committee Mission: The steward of Sigma Alpha Delta—he or she has to maintain a discreet and accurate estimate of Sigma’s finances. The treasury needs to apply a comprehensive assessment of Sigma’s transactions and must consistently correspondence with a plethora of entities throughout the school, such as Student Life, Undergraduate Student Government and the Accounting Unit. They must familiarize themselves with spreadsheet budget analysis and must acquaint themselves with the various documents (purchase requisitions, payment vouchers, fliers, invoices, etc) needed for processing financial transactions in an appropriate manner. They also generate fundraising ideas to keep the money tree growing.

Vice-Treasurer

Vice Treasurers provide assistance to the Treasurer. They collect compulsory signatures from other co-sponsoring organizations, verify the information presented in financial documents and compensate on behalf of the Treasurer in case of his/her absence.
